BUSINESS
Building businesses, teams and creative ventures from the ground up — from strategy and brand to operations, growth and exit.

Musiquebec
Music School — Laval, QC
As a teacher myself, I'd seen firsthand how private music schools were structured: top-heavy administration, teachers paid below industry standard, and a fast-food approach to pedagogy. I founded Musiquebec on a different model. We raised prices slightly, paid teachers above market rate, and rewarded those who retained their students with regular pay increases. The result was a leaner operation at the top and a significantly higher standard of teaching at the front of the room. Starting from a single classroom, I recruited and managed a faculty of 15 teachers across guitar, piano, voice, drums, violin, and more — while handling brand identity, marketing, and day-to-day operations. Within two years, Musiquebec became the largest music school in Laval with 200+ active students enrolled.
Sold in 2016 — funding the launch of Musicos Productions.

Musicos Boutique
Specialty Music Retail — Montreal, QC
Big-box music retailers have a quiet profit engine: cheap, mass-produced accessories — cables especially — sourced from low-cost manufacturers and marked up dramatically. I saw an opening. Build cables on-site, and you can offer meaningfully better quality, full customization — length, connectors, spec — and still price competitively, while keeping strong margins. That was the founding insight behind the Musicos Boutique cable workshop, and it gave the store a competitive position that big-box retailers simply couldn't replicate. Beyond the workshop, Musicos Boutique was a specialty music shop in Montreal catering to the niche styles the major retailers ignored entirely — jazz, gypsy jazz, flamenco, world music. A curated inventory of 200+ instruments, strings, electronics, and accessories, served by people who actually played these styles.
Custom Cable Workshop
Built high-quality audio cables in-house — offering better prices, superior quality, and custom lengths for musicians, studios, and production teams.
Sold in 2016.

Musicos Productions
Music Agency — Montreal & Mexico
Most music agencies pick a lane — booking, or artist management, or event production. I built Musicos Productions to handle all of it: a single organization that could see the full picture rather than one piece of it. Founded in Montreal in 2016 and now operating across two countries, it connects professional artists with venues, festivals, and corporate events. I built and run the whole operation — booking and contract negotiation, event production, marketing, and international expansion — managing a roster of 30+ artists and a network of 2,000+ musicians across Montreal and Mexico. It remains active and growing today.
Active and growing.

How I Work
I bring creative direction, strategic thinking, and execution together in one place. Whether it's leading a brand overhaul, directing a product launch, or building the digital infrastructure that makes a creative vision actually work, I operate across the whole picture rather than a single slice of it.
I start by understanding what we're building, who it's for, and where the real friction is. From there, I can lead the creative direction, work hands-on with the team, or bridge the gap between creative, technology and business as the work requires.
I operate in French, English, and Spanish, and I'm comfortable working remotely and across borders — most of my work already spans France, Mexico, and beyond.
